Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Foil Packets

Preheat Oven: If you’re baking these foil packets, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for even cooking.

Mix & Marinate: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sirloin steak chunks, baby yellow potatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Toss Together: Gently toss the ingredients until they are well-coated with the flavorful seasonings.

Assemble Packets: Divide the mixture evenly among sheets of aluminum foil. Fold the foil over to create sealed packets.

Cook:

Grill/Campfire: Cook over medium-high heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and potatoes are tender.
Oven: Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve: Carefully open the packets (watch for steam!) and enjoy your delicious meal!
