Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the Parsley: Wash and chop 1 cup of fresh parsley and set it aside.
Mince the Garlic: Mince 2-3 garlic cloves to release the beneficial allicin compounds.
Juice the Lemon: Squeeze the juice of 1 fresh lemon and set it aside.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the chopped parsley and minced garlic to the water.
Let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes to allow the parsley and garlic to release their beneficial compounds.
